What we do
Our role is to work with businesses throughout the world to help them extract maximum value from their investment in people, work areas, mobile equipment, fixed plant, processing equipment and engineering facilities.
Our goal is to be utilised as the leader in driving value through Safe Reliable Plant, Equipment and Facilities.
How we do it
Ironbark Engineering Services was born out of initial experience owning, operating and maintaining plant, equipment and facilities in regional and remote surface / underground mining environments and subsequently many years providing engineering / maintenance advice and assitance to resource companies and service providers globally.
Despite the sophistication of plant & equipment, data recording and reporting systems and contracting arrangements, we identified that there is a lack of understanding of the basic elements that are critical to providing effective engineering advice, making maintenance work and adding value to the business.
We begin with the end in mind, adopting a whole of life perspective to provide solutions that add value through increased quality and productivity to our clients from concept development through to operational support. Our people provide clear, logical and personalised advice tailored to the particular client, the particular context and the particular issue.
Our People
Ironbark Engineering Services is led by mining professionals with proven track records and extensive contract mining / general industry expertise.
Our services are delivered by people with real engineering and maintenance experience gained at the sharp end of the mining and agriculture industries where attention to details and business acumen make the difference between commercial success and business failure.
We understand engineering, we understand maintenance and we understand people. We do not carry the baggage that comes with tradition which allows us to cut to the core of issues quickly whilst our client's business remains "on-line" and management remains focused on business objectives.
Our base
Our services are provided from a network of offices managed from a central hub in Perth, Western Australia.
